Appointments

All readings are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.

When you arrive for your reading, Robin's office is the first door on your right. Have a seat in the waiting room.

​

Appointments are made in advance of the readings. All appointments  are confirmed via text message or phone call 24-48 hours in advance of your reading. We require that you confirm the appointment with a return text message or voice message. Should we not receive a return confirmation, we will assume you are unable to keep the appointment and reserve the right to offer your appointment to another party.  This allows us to fill the opening with another client in need.

Should your contact number change from the day you schedule your reading to the actual appointment date, please inform our office of your new contact number so we can confirm your appointment 24-48 hours in advance. If we have no way of reaching you and cannot secure a confirmation 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, then we will offer your time slot to another client in need.

Robin is aware that your time is precious and does her best to ensure that she does not run any more than 10 minutes late. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your reading. Readings will not be pro-rated due to tardiness. If you are running late due to unexpected traffic conditions, please give us a courtesy call.

Robin's Guarantee

Robin is a very capable and competent psychic and medium. If either you or Robin find the reading to be unsatisfactory within the first ten minutes, the session can be ended and you will not be required to pay the fee. If the reading continues beyond the first ten minutes, payment is expected. It is extremely rare for Robin to have difficulty reading a client.
